We created an 11,000 sq ft residence in Beaconsfield’s prestigious golden triangle. With six bedroom suites, a spa-inspired principal suite, an indoor pool, gym, cinema, and landscaped gardens, the home combines architectural presence with family comfort and lifestyle luxury.
We were asked to build an 11,000+ sq ft family home in the heart of Beaconsfield’s “golden triangle”. The client sought a property that would combine striking architectural details with family comfort, featuring leisure facilities, spacious living areas, and state-of-the-art systems.
1. Structure & Engineering
We built the house over four floors using concrete construction for strength, durability and acoustic performance. A grand reception hall with a curved staircase and glazed roof lantern was designed to make a statement from the very first step inside.
2. The Heart of the Home
The centrepiece is an open-plan kitchen, breakfast, and family room that extends into a mezzanine level over the garden. French doors lead directly out to the landscaped terraces, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
3. Leisure & Lifestyle
The lower ground floor was designed as a lifestyle hub, featuring a private indoor swimming pool, gym, changing facilities, and a cinema/games room. This was a home that was just as much about recreation as it was about day-to-day family life.
4. Bedrooms & Private Suites
We built six large bedroom suites with bespoke wardrobes and luxury bathrooms. The master suite, with garden views, featured a vaulted ceiling, dressing room, spa-like bathroom, and a mezzanine snug.
5. Detailing & Technology
Underfloor heating, smart lighting and Phase 3 electricity were installed throughout. Bespoke cabinetry, marble finishes and high ceilings added elegance to every room.
6. Gardens & External Works
The gardens were landscaped over multiple levels with patios for entertaining and raised beds for year-round interest. Secure electric gates, carriage driveway and garages were built with a studio annexe above, providing self-contained accommodation.
