This is the simplest. You bring the land, we cover the building costs, and we split the profits 50/50. Everything’s joint, everything’s agreed upfront, and we both have a say in how it turns out.

We Each Stick to Our Bit

In this cas,e we each handle our own bit. You keep control of your side, and we handle the build. You pay your costs, we pay ours. It keeps things simple and avoids too much overlap.

A Bit of Both

Some projects work best with a bit of both. We split certain areas; for example, you manage the land and sales, and we handle the build, but we share some aspects, such as access or services. It keeps things practical where they need to be.
