Our Brief
The client wanted a home that was both elegant and practical — a property that worked for family life and entertaining, finished to the highest standard. In one of Cobham’s most sought-after private roads, the build had to reflect the exclusivity of the location while providing modern comforts and thoughtful detail throughout.
The Build
1. Structural Build
We built a 7,000 sq ft home over three floors from the ground up. Reinforced foundations and an engineered structure enabled us to design large reception rooms and a massive underground garage, all while maintaining structural integrity.
2. Interior Design
We created five reception rooms to give the family flexibility, from formal entertaining to day-to-day living. The bespoke kitchen and dining area became the heart of the home with Miele and Liebherr appliances and Crittall-style doors to the garden.
3. Lifestyle Features
Luxury finishing was incorporated at every stage. A games/media room on the top floor for family entertainment, and the principal suite was designed as a private retreat with a walk-in wardrobe, dressing room, en suite and sauna. A guest suite and four further bedrooms for visitors and family.
4. Craftsmanship & Detailing
Throughout the property, herringbone flooring, marble fireplaces and bespoke joinery by trusted trades. Each bathroom is designed as a unique spa-like space to ensure quality and individuality in every corner.
5. Landscaping & External Works
The gardens were landscaped to balance privacy with usable space with mature planting and a full width terrace. At the front a resin carriage driveway to the underground garage big enough for 5 cars and designed with EV charging, future proofing the home.
